- I bought this bag for my husband. He is a career chef who has been looking for a decent chef kit longer than we've been married (over a decade!). We received the parcel about a month ago now and I wanted to give him the chance to use it properly before I gave feedback, because he's notoriously fussy about things, but after 4 weeks of solid use he's still raving about what a great chef kit this is. Endlessly customisable with velcro inserts and sturdy enough to handle the rough and tumble of his profession. He even loves the spoon that came with it, just yesterday he mentioned how handy it was. I had concerns about spending so much on this kit, but when compared with the crappy kits you buy everywhere else, that sell for $100 and fall apart almost instantly, this kit would be a bargain at twice the price.

- Adam, the chef recreated the cake I showed him in a photo from a wedding magazine. it was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, delicious and exactly what i asked for. All the food served at the wedding was DELICIOUS, and most guests commented that it was.
